We’ll be moving through a few rituals together, as well as a simple map for creating your own.  The most important mapping in this workshop will be the contemplation of and work around how to change your inner boundaries — which is what trips most humans up.  How to work with your thoughts, language and  emotions to understand where to lower a gate or implement a gate for your ceremonial purposes.
