    Remember that you are here for 11 months -- from 1/12/26 to 12/12/26. Please schedule no more than 2 sessions per calendar month and only one in January and December.

    Coaching Sessions are held Monday-Thursday.  If you and your schedule require a time outside of Angela's apparent availability -- feel free to reach out via text or email to discuss.

    OH 2/20/26: Today I spoke a bit on the Saturn-Neptune conjunction happening at 0 degrees in Aries. I spoke a bit on the channelings that I received this morning from Saturn and Neptune and channeled messages from them for Kristen (thank you for being present!) I missed channeling Saturn and Neptune messages for those who were not able to be present. We discussed some of Kristen's personal situation, her chart, Saturn returns and other aspects of astrology and the human walk. May all beings feel peace and dream abundantly today!

    OH 2/13/2026: Today we talked a lot about Friday the 13th, Freya's Day and the attempts from the Patriarchy - through Christianity (one of the biggest power plays of humans against humans on planet earth) to demonize women, women's bodies and to pedestal 'purity' for abuse and control measures. Goddess culture has been a threat to the 4D constructs of power and oppression over others for a very, long time. We discussed some of the 3din5d challenges of our time and how this intersects and is explained through what we are all living through now. Remember your innate power and wisdom Goddesses, you have known and felt this hypocrisy in your bodies for a long time. Honor your knowing now and stand in the strength of what it means to be a female human. May all beings feel peace.

    2/11/2026 Subtle Energy Body Workshop for CPP Members

    Office Hours 2/06/26: In today's office hours we discussed patriarchy and matriarchy. We discussed experiences of the soul and also a bit about 5din3D -- what it means to be a spirit in a human body. Thanks to Joselyn and Kristen S. for your presence and engagement.

    OH 1/30/2026:  Today we talked a lot more about Mediumship and access to loved ones/crossed over ones in spirit.  Angela did her best to share examples of both ethical clearing processes as well as dismantling old Mediumship teachings that are outdated now.  Thanks to Joselyn, Kristen S. & Kacey for your presence and engagement.

    PD Workshop for CPP Members 1/28/2026

    OH 1/23/2026: Today we discussed many things, as Pat shared new information from an ENT provider to her adult daughter, the daughter who has been dealing with tinnitus and other symptoms. We touched upon generational differences to tolerance, very real changes to physical bodies and the continued dying off of the patriarchy as we work to shame humans and especially women - less. The nervous system was discussed as key to how humans are affected by so much and the convergence of our physical, emotional, mental & multiple spiritual bodies and how they intersect to get our attention, guide us to healing, etc. I shared two dreams where one energetic source of tinnitus was 'diagnosed' for me as well as a dream where I 'diagnosed' my mom's pain that ended up being from ovarian cancer. Pat shared her dream which came in for her last weekend - that seems to point to the complexity of the healing of her daughter's ear challenge and also that it sits squarely on her daughter's shoulders. We also discussed sound healing a bit as Kacey joined us from where she is (in Florida, outside of snowmageddon's reach, lol) at the moment as she begins level three of her sound healing certification.     OH 1/16/2026: Today we talked a lot about humans, estrangement, soul lessons for us spirits in human bodies, etc. I cued a bit on how to use inquiry points about our healing, with our guides/psychic process. The suggestion was to ask you guides - have I learned this lesson? Is there more for me to learn here? Etc. Thanks to Kristen S. and Pat for your presence and engagement.

    1/12/2026:  Zoom Q&A Orientiation -- well that was fun!  We covered the Member Resource page, I have since fixed the meditations (thank you Toneya!) for your access and we discussed the foundational basics and the process of what goes on in this program. Thanks to Kristen, Kristin, Toneya & Pat for your presence and engagement.

    OH 12/12/2025: Today a question was asked around what is going on on the planet and Angela soap-boxed a bit on how many scientific areas of study are converging with consciousness these days. A personal question/share from Beth on fears that were triggered earlier this week from a medical situation were discussed as well. Jerrie joined us in the end and we discussed her fears that were kicked up with her injury. Big takeaway here: awareness helps us to recognize and name the fear so that we can then shift out of it and into more groundedness after a trigger. Thanks to Beth and Jerrie for your presence and engagement.

    OH 12/05/2025:  Today I addressed expectations & disappointments when things don't unfold how we assumed or when we assumed that they would. Reminder that messages are possibilities and potentialities, and that we live on a free will planet.   I spoke of STEs or - Spiritually Transformative Experiences - I gave examples of some and Pat shared as well, one that she had from long ago. Foundational Basics as coping tools -- these are meant to support you through any experience.  Thanks to Kimberly, Pat and Jerrie for your presence and engagement.

    Office Hours 11/21/2025: Today we had some discussion of how members are using their intuition and psychic skills outside of circles (life integration of the skills). We did discuss a lot of the 3D current news stuff, politically, etc. Jerrie came forward with questions on - kinesiology, using your body as a pendulum -- and Angela live taught this to her; asked about objects/gifts that she still has from people whose energy she no longer wants in her life; and questions on the Foundational Basics were acknowledged and covered with quick, broad brushstrokes. Thanks to Pat, Melissa, Beth and Jerrie for your presence and engagement.

    OH 10/24/25:  Today I addressed the challenging realities of receiving messages from others and how we can stand in our empowerment and work with triggers and discomfort within the process.  The Hawkins Scale was utilized for addressing enlightenment, frequency and a few other topics. I also addressed a question around healings and patterns from a member. Thanks to Jerrie, Carolyn H and Beth for your presence and engagement!

    OH 9/5/25: Today we discussed Dragons, Spirit Guides and the Spirit Guides' course as well as the lack of structure in the unseens -- which begets the importance of our personal ethics in this work and through these connections. Our ethics, coupled with basic universal laws -- drive the creation of the worlds. Thanks to Denise and Melissa for your presence and engagement.

    OH 8/29/25: Today we discussed that believing is seeing, vs the other way around. We discussed apparitions and how we can use our psychic seeing and our psychic skills to perceive things in higher dimensions. We discussed if and when higher frequency states will 'materialize' in this dimension. Some easter eggs from spirit and higher dimensional experiences were discussed.     OH 8/22/25:  Today we discussed a bit around masculine and feminine aspects, along with the hypnogogic and hypnopompic states of of consciousness. These are when our brain is most ripe for programming and reprogramming efforts. Hypnogogic is when you are going to or falling asleep and hypnopompic is when we are waking, coming out of sleep. Thanks to Kacey and Pat for your presence and engagement!

    OH 8/15/2025: Today we spoke about resonance, coherence and alignment of our inner aspects, especially our thoughts and emotions (our most powerful attraction points). Pat taught us Dr. Doty's four tricks from his Into the Magic Shop book that she has been finding helpful for this implementation of inner boundaries. Thank you Darlene and Pat for your presence and engagement.

    OH 8/08/2025: Today we talked about Unity consciousness and separation consciousness. We talked about the very real and practical pieces of frustrations, breaking down things like pain and hatred of another person, internal boundaries as the pathway forward along with shifting focus to another body (emotional, mental, physical and spiritual bodies - we all have them all) as pathways towards healing and unity consciousness.      OH 3/28/25:  Today we discussed windows/portals of energetic opportunity for these eclipses and such. We discussed the challenges of higher consciousness and the ever-changing tapestry of we sit in relation to different energies. We also discussed a practical tech need of a member with a dyin computer, wondering if grounding the machine could help them to extract data from it.     OH 3/21/25: Today we discussed a tiny bit about the Equinox energy, quite a bit about Universal Laws, Manifestation and why our thoughts are where we are meant to start in this process, as well as my common refrain of - "we get more of what we focus upon."     OH 3/14/25:  Today I covered many of the physical symptoms of this eclipse portal that we are in and reminders of Energy Hygiene tools for support and coping. Solar flares, consciousness and evolving humans were themes.  Thanks to Tracy and Kimberly for your presence.

    OH 3/7/25:  A few PD topics were discussed - anatomical messages, 1st and 3rd party channeling along with reverse channeling; Astrology overview to include the intensity of the movements of this spring and/or 2025.  Thanks for your presence to - Kacey, Kimberly, Terri, Tracy, Melissa & Pat.

    OH 2/28/25: Today I dove into dimensional speak and shares, tying up some loose ends from the prev week's OH. The distinction between Dimensions in Physics and Spirituality was discussed. Many deep resources were reviewed and shared, along with some housekeeping stuff on Energy Hygiene as as as the subject of choice and how it creates our realities. **I shared another person's body of work here with her explanation of the dimensions based upon her experiences. Please watch/listen to the whole office hours to understand the gravity of responsibility inherent in sharing this sort of information.      OH 2/7/25:  Today's Office Hours was a mashup of PD skills application examples.  We discussed Multidimensionality; playing with the scope of questions whether closed (generally yes/no) and open; we reframed healing as transformation since we are all, always transforming with and from our wounds of this lifetime and others. Telepathy Tapes Podcast was mentioned and commented upon. Thanks to Tracy, Terri, Pat, Carolyn M, Kimberly & Mellissa for attending live.

    OH 1/31/25:  Topics discussed/touched upon - Grounding and the FELT sense of it, new technique offered from spirit; Circle Cloudiness/feeling cloudy or less connected in circle; Hawkins' Consciousness/Frequency Scale; Sigils and symbols and a quick teaching on orientation of intention when working with these.  Thanks to Sunny, Kimberly, Tracy and Terri for your live attendance!

    OH 1/24/24:  We discussed some loose ends around professional ethics, predatory behaviors in this metaphysical context. Briefly talked on the Akashic Records. Mostly we discussed Kundalini Awakening and Rising, since Kacey is having some of these experiences this week. Enjoy!
